Store Credit and Refund for Magento 2

Rootways Store credit is easy to use, user-oriented Magento store credit extension. This extension allows merchants to drive more customer traffic by giving them an opportunity to purchase with the credit benefits. it will reduce the hassle of refunding the money to the customer each time when they request for refund.

• Admin can add or remove the store credit balance in the customer account
• Customers will be notified via email if store credit is added to/removed from their account
• Customers will be notified if the available store credit balance is used to place the order.
• If the order was placed using store credit balance and if that order was cancelled, then the applied store credit balance will be restored to the customer's account
• Customers will be notified if the order is cancelled that was placed using the store credit balance
• Customers can allow store credit to apply to shipping and tax
• Customers can allow store credit to be refunded automatically if the credit memo is created for the order
• Customers can also refund the store credit by entering the store credit amount manually at the time of creating the credit memo
• Customers can check their outstanding store credit balance in their account dashboard
• All activities performed on the store credit balance will be displayed in detail on the customer dashboard / Customers can also track the activity on their store credit balance
• Admin can track the activities on customer's store credit in the respective customer account
• Customers can apply/cancel the desired store credit on the checkout page
