I am getting message "Error Processing the request. DECLINED", what should I do?
There could be several reasons for getting this error. Here are a few points you can try.
- If your Elavon/Converge account is in TEST mode, please make sure you are entering Test Credit Cards.
- Make sure the credentials that you have entered are correct.
- Call Elavon/Converge tech support and ask them if the error is visible to them. If yes they should be able to explain to you the reason for this error.
