Magento 2.4.0 B2B known issue: wrong purchase order
Issue
When a Purchase order Placed with a discount code, it will expire at the time of the approval process. Hence The approved order does not reflect the discount code. This Post Provides a Patch for this Magento 2.4.0 B2B Known issue.- Affected Product and Version
- Magento Commerce Cloud version 2.4.0
- Magento Commerce version 2.4.0
Prerequisites: A discount coupon created, and approval rules preventing POs from being processed automatically exist.
- Steps to reproduce:
- Place a PO with a discount applied.
- Deactivate the discount coupon.
- Approve PO as a manager.
- Check the order created as a result.
- Expected result:
- Order is created with a discounted total.
- Actual result:
- Order is created for the full amount.
