Magento 2.4.0 known issue Printing a Shipping Label
Issue
There is a problem with Printing a Shipping Label for Customers' returns. This Article Provides a Patch Information for this Magento 2.4.0 Known issue.
- Steps to Reproduce:
- Place and complete an order with one of the following core shipping methods FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS.
- Create and authorize returns for this order.
- Open an authorized Return Information page and click the Create Shipping Label button.
- Select shipping method, add a product to a package and click Save.
- After Click on the save button, the Return Information Page is broken and shows Error Message : General Information Changes have been made to this section that has not been saved. This tab contains invalid data.
- Affected Product and Version
- Magento Commerce Cloud version 2.4.0
- Magento Commerce version 2.4.0
