Magento 2 Unlock Admin User Account
If the admin login failed multiple times then it's locked for some time and then even we entered the correct login then also we can not log in to admin until it will unlock.The admin locked account will automatically be unlocked after some time but if we want to unlock it instunally then we can do this using below SSH command.
php bin/magento admin:user:unlock your_admin_username
